In considering the market needs, Injectech introduces Eastman TRITAN copolyester as one of his raw materials. TRITAN copolyester has the following characteristics.

•    Excellent compatibility with oncology drugs, drug carrier solvents, and nutritional fluids (MCT oil, DMAC, DMSO, and lipids, etc.)

•    Excellent solvent bonding, adhesive bonding, and welding

•    Low leachables/ extractables

•    USP Class IV and ISO 10993 compliance, FDA approval

•    No BPA, phthalates, antioxidants, or animal-derived content

•    High clarity and color stability after e-beam or gamma sterilization

TRITAN copolyester applies to:

Medical: IV sets, drug deliveries (particularly for oncology), enteral feeding equipments and tubing, respirators.

Food & Beverage: Liquid path connections of drinking machines, F&B packaging.
